John M. McFadden has been practicing podiatry in the Lehigh Valley
since 1979. He received his degree from the Pennsylvania College of
Podiatric Medicine. He then completed a podiatric medicine and surgery
residency in Philadelphia. His specialty includes geriatrics, biomechanics,
and primary type foot care for all ages.

Dr. David A. Edmonds is board certified by the American Board of Primary
Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine. He received
his degree from the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in 1989. He
then completed a podiatric medicine residency in East Orange, NJ.
His Hospital affiliation is with Sacred Heart Hospital. His specialty
includes geriatrics, biomechanics, sports medicine and primary type
foot care for all ages. He is also
a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, American
Podiatric Medical Association, and Lehigh Valley Podiatric Medical
Association.

N. Chokshi, DPM, FACFAS |

Dr. Nimish N. Chokshi is board certified by the American Board of
Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot
& Ankle Surgeons. He received his degree from the Pennsylvania
College of Podiatric Medicine in 1993. He then completed a podiatric
medicine and surgery residency in Detroit and Philadelphia. His hospital
affiliations are Sacred Heart Hospital and Westfield Surgical Center.
His specialty is foot and ankle surgery for all ages, with an emphasis
on athletic injuries, reconstructive surgery and advanced wound healing
techniques for patients with diabetes and peripheral vascular disease.
He also is a member of the American
Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American College of Foot and Ankle
Surgeons.

| Maryann P. Hartzell, DPM, FACFAS |
|
| Dr. Maryann Hartzell is board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot & Ankle Surgeons. She received her DPM degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine in 1991. Her residency training was completed at Frankford Health Systems in Philadelphia where she was trained in complex foot and ankle reconstruction.
Dr Hartzell is affiliated with Lehigh Valley Hospitals, St Luke's Allentown and Bethlehem Campuses and Advanced Wound Therapies Union Station. Dr Hartzell enjoys treating a myriad of podiatric concerns from young children to older adults. She particularly welcomes the challenges of diabetic wound care and continues to stay on the forefront of advanced healing techniques for diabetic and peripheral vascular wounds. She is an Executive Board Member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, a member of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.

| Gina Silva, DPM |
|
Dr. Gina Silva earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University in 2002. She completed a two-year foot and ankle surgical residency at St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia. While there she received extensive training in diabetic foot care, wound care, and foot/ankle surgery.
For the past year and a half Dr. Silva has been practicing in Philadelphia and is excited about her relocation to the Lehigh Valley. She joined Advanced Podiatry Associates in January of 2006. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and an associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Silva is on staff at St. Luke’s Hospital.
